What are the entry ticket rates for schools?
Janapada Loka offers special packages for educational institutions:
· Children above 12 years: Rs. 80/- per student (school identity card required)
· Children below 12 years: Rs. 40/- per student
· Teachers and Helpers : Rs. 50
Are there any optional activities available and what do they cost?
Yes, to enhance the experience, you can opt for:
· Boating: Rs. 20 per student (below 12 years) / Rs. 40 per student (above 12 years)
· Pottery Making: Rs. 2000 (extra charge for the session/activity)
· Tanga Riding: Rs. 50 per student (minimum 30 students required)
· Live folk Dance performance (Dollu Kunita / Kamsale/ Pata Dance etc.): Rs. 15000/-

What are the museum hours?
The museum is open from Wednesday to Monday, 9:30 am to 5:00 pm. It is closed on Tuesdays. Please note that the museum is cleared 15 minutes before closing time and may be closed on certain special days, so it’s always good to check beforehand.
What are the individual daily entry rates (for reference)?
· Elders: Rs. 100/-
· Foreigners: Rs. 200/-
· Children below 12 years (individual): Rs. 50/-
What are the payment terms for bookings?
A 100% advance payment is required for all bookings under the special educational institution packages and optional activities.
Are transportation and food costs included in the package rates?
No, transportation costs (bus rental, fuel, driver) and food/refreshments are additional and will be calculated based on the number of students and transportation arrangements.
