1. Dodda Mane - A community hall is available for conducting workshops, seminars, weddings and festivities at a nominal rent. It has well equipped kitchen.

2. Modern toilets for men and women are available.

3. Kamat Loka Ruchi Canteen, known for its tasty food and cleanliness, serves ethnic food and regular items like Dosa, Idly throughout the day.

4. STD facility is available.

5. A well equipped and furnished conference hall and an open-air theater for entertainment are available for all kinds of functions that corporate companies may wish to arrange.

6. Lodging facilities available for scholars on prior notice.

7. Folk cultural shows are arranged on last Sunday of every month in the open-air theater.

8. All buses, which ply on Mysore-Bangalore Highway, except Non-stop buses, stop at Janapada Loka.

Special Notice

Package tours of Janapada Loka will be arranged for IT, BT and other corporate companies, visitors and foreign tourists. The package can include guided tour of the museums and the Janapada Loka campus, boat ride, video show of Folk art forms and documentaries, live performance by Folk artists and food.
